We only collect the information you choose to give us through our forms, plus a small amount of technical information needed to run the site.

  • Contact form: your full name, email address, company name, phone number, the service you are interested in, your preferred date and time for a call, and your message.
  • CV and careers form: your full name, email address, phone number, nationality, region of residence, years of experience, area of expertise, a short description about yourself, and the CV file you upload.
  • Candidate account: when you submit a CV, we create a candidate account using your email address and send you a one-time link to set a password on our candidate portal.
  • Skills and references: if you complete a skills self-assessment or share professional references, we collect your self-rated skills and the names and contact details of the referees you choose to provide.
  • Messages and notes: messages and internal notes exchanged about a candidate between TalentZation staff and an employer through our portals, which may include assessments or opinions about that candidate.
  • Contract acceptance records: when you electronically accept a contract or agreement, we record the accepting user's name and email, IP address, device and browser (user-agent), and the date and time, as proof of acceptance.
  • Security audit logs: records of security-relevant actions such as logins, file downloads, and sends, including the IP address and device or browser (user-agent) used, which we keep for security and accountability.
  • Preferences: your chosen language and light or dark theme are stored on your own device so the site remembers them.
